Ian Hedderick BSc (Hons), FCIOB, FCIArb - Managing Director
Ian started his career as a Quantity Surveyor 28 years ago. He has since held SMT/Director roles in commercial, contracts, and dispute resolution capacities for contractors, consultants and employers in the GCC, United Kingdom and Africa.
He has worked in the Middle East for the past 18 years, most of which has been in claims and dispute resolution.
He has been appointed to work on projects that include building/construction, industrial and civil engineering, manufacturing, MEP, solar energy, oil and gas, fuel terminals, and fuel hydrant systems.
Ian has vast experience in dispute resolution processes and procedures on large-value, complicated projects.
Ray Harmon BSc (Hons), PgDip, LLM - Director
Ray has 19 years of experience in the construction industry, including fifteen in the Middle East. He has worked in pre- and post-contract stages of main contractor operations and acquired extensive commercial and contractual management experience across a range of projects.
His experience includes management of contract and commercial teams from pre-contract stage to final account sign-off, preparation and assessment of complex variations and claims, strategic planning and management of various forms of standard and bespoke contracts and management of arbitration particulars. Ray has also given evidence in multiple international arbitrations and has been cross-examined by eminent King’s Counsel.
